Tai Chi: Balance the body with this low-impact, slow-motion exercise often referred as meditation in motion. Learn to balance the body properly while clearing the mind. Monday/Wednesday 10-10:30AM
Senior Aerobics: Get your heart pumping and your muscles working with this senior focused class! Muscle strengthening exercises combined with cardio and full body stretches. Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10:30-11:30AM
Cardio Kickboxing: The only competition is you! Work your cardiovascular system through a series of punches, kicks, knees, and more while strengthening your muscles with bodyweight exercises. Wednesday 6-7PM
Max Strength Weight Training: Learn proper technique on big compound movements. This class prepares you for the Max Strength, Strength & Conditioning team! Monday/Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm
